Our founder and “HEAD COACH” is a 30 year veteran
automobile GSM/GM. The material created was learned and perfected at dealerships
he personally managed. These were mega dealerships in Texas and Oklahoma selling
up to 700 units a month.
Our Head Coach became well known for his innovative and
motivational sales meetings. Often these meetings were so powerful that an
immediate upswing in sales would follow. On more than one occasion, the
manufacturer would ask to send observers to the dealership to see exactly how
one man could so profoundly impact sales with just a few of these infamous
meetings. Unable to hire this type of trainer, this GM made the decision to
become his own trainer and major growth followed.
One major automaker was so impressed that they made it a
requirement for all new factory zone managers to spend a week in our Coaches
dealership before going on the road.
No coach is eligible for hire as a trainer without several
successful years at the GSM level. All new coaches are personally trained by the
Head Coach on the job.
Our goal is not to just recruit and train. Our goal is to
change the image, the attitude, and the lifestyle of a professional retail
salesperson. It should not be a grind that wears the employee out and makes him
hate the industry. It should be a profession that is pleasurable and rewarding
because it furnishes a wonderful and rewarding career with little turnover.
